חוסה ראנדה ק. קרטוצ'וס

1968 Born in Santiago Atitlan, Solola, Guatemala
Began to paint in primary school. Learned to paint from his older brother Nicolas. Before he had reached the age of 18 he was painting astounding paintings. Nicolas had one of the first art galleries in Santiago Atitlבn and helped many young painters, including his brothers, get their start. Jose now has his own galleries.
He likes to paint the primitive scenes of indigenous life and views of his town.
He has exhibited in Guatemala, The United States and some countries of Europe.
